The heavy hitter of the lineup. This package pairs the Everlast PowerPlasma 102i, a 100-amp IGBT inverter plasma cutter, with a dedicated iPTM-100 CNC machine torch for serious plate work on your table. Like every plasma cutter from Garage Fab HQ, it comes with our GFHQ CNC Com Cable, so you can connect it to your table controller right away.

The 102i cuts 3/4" plate every day and makes quality cuts through 1-1/8" at slower speeds. It runs on 240V single-phase or three-phase power, so it fits a well-equipped home shop as well as a commercial fab floor. The Italian-designed iPTM-100 torch uses a back-striking blowback start for longer consumable life, and it works with shielded and unshielded consumables. The high-frequency-free start won't interfere with your table's electronics.

Cut Capacity (CNC, mild steel)

  • Up to 3/4" for everyday production cutting (best speed and quality)
  • Up to 1-1/8" clean cut (edge start)
  • Up to 1-3/8" severance at reduced speed
  • Pierces 5/8" to 3/4" with automatic torch height control (THC)
  • For stainless, expect about 25% less capacity; for aluminum, about 40% less

Key Features

  • Built-in CNC interface port for plasma table use
  • 60% duty cycle at 100A; 100% at 80A
  • Runs on 240V single-phase or three-phase
  • Blowback pilot arc start (no high frequency) for rusty and painted metal
  • 3-second pilot arc tip saver
  • Adjustable post-flow up to 50 seconds for longer torch and consumable life
  • Front-mounted air pressure gauge and low-air safety
  • Over-current and duty cycle protection with a warning light
  • Cuts steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, titanium, cast iron and more

What's in the Box

Good to Know

  • A separate inline air dryer is required. The included water trap does not remove all moisture, and wet air shortens consumable life and can damage the torch.
  • Generator use requires a "clean power" generator rated for at least 19,000 surge watts.
  • This is the 240V version. A 480V three-phase version is also made; contact us if you need it.
