Where do you ship from?
From the GFHQ HQ closest to you: our West Coast HQ in Las Vegas, NV or our East Coast HQ in Clarksville, TN. We ship anywhere in the lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US, contact us before you order.
How is the price worked out?
By one-way miles from the closest GFHQ HQ (Las Vegas, NV or Clarksville, TN) to your ZIP, rounded up to the next 100 miles. START kits ship crated, crating included. We confirm the actual driving miles after your order.
What is local terminal pickup?
For START kits: your kit goes to the shipping terminal nearest you. You pick up the crate (1–2 pieces) and load it on your truck or trailer. It's the lowest-cost option.
How do I unload a machine?
Plan for a forklift, tractor or telehandler, an engine hoist or gantry crane, or add a liftgate to START kit delivery.
Picking up at a GFHQ HQ
Pickup is free at either HQ: Las Vegas, NV or Clarksville, TN. Pick the one you want on the machine page. START kits are ready unassembled on a pallet, so bring a truck or trailer. Want it pre-assembled and tested? Add it for $749.99 on the machine page and bring a large open or enclosed trailer with a ramp to load it.
My order has a machine and accessories
If we ship your machine to you, we pack your accessories in with it at no extra cost. If you pick your machine up, or order accessories on their own, they ship by parcel, priced by size at checkout.
What if something arrives damaged?
Inspect it before you sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and tell us within 48 hours. See our Shipping Policy.
