Garage Fab HQ has two locations: our West Coast HQ in Las Vegas, Nevada and our East Coast HQ in Clarksville, Tennessee. Machine orders ship from whichever HQ is closest to your delivery address, and shipping prices are based on the miles from that HQ. We currently deliver to addresses in the lower 48 United States. For anywhere else, contact us before ordering.
Machine shipping or free pickup
Every GFHQ machine (START, CORE and PRO) can be shipped to you or picked up free. The shipping price is calculated from your ZIP code on the machine page and added to your cart before you pay. Shipping prices are estimates; we confirm the final price and your delivery date before your machine ships, and we'll contact you if anything changes. We choose the best way to get your machine to you.
START kits ship in a wooden crate, crating included. You choose how to receive it:
- Local terminal pickup (base price): you collect the crate from the shipping terminal near you and load it onto your truck or trailer. Most kits are 1–2 pieces.
- Delivery to a business address: +$250
- Delivery to a residential address: +$350
- Liftgate service: +$250
- 4' x 8', 4' x 10' and 5' x 10' kits ship in two crates (included in the shipping price).
CORE and PRO machines are delivered to your address. We'll confirm your delivery date and time window before we head out.
Free pickup is available at our Las Vegas, NV or Clarksville, TN HQ. START kits are ready unassembled on a pallet, so bring a truck or trailer. Or add pre-assembly and testing for $749.99 and bring a large open or enclosed trailer with a ramp to load it.
Someone must be present to sign for delivery.

Build times
Many machines are built to order. We'll give you an estimated ship or delivery date when you order. Dates are estimates, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes. Check on your order anytime at Order Tracking.
Plasma cutters and accessories
- Plasma cutters ship by UPS Ground for $45 each.
- Accessories ship by parcel, priced by size at checkout.
- When accessories are ordered together with a machine we ship to you, we pack them in with the machine at no extra cost. This does not apply to pickup orders or to accessories ordered on their own.
When your order arrives
Please inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
