Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Garage Fab HQ ("GFHQ", "we", "us") and to your use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

## 1. Products and pricing

We work hard to describe our machines and products accurately. Specifications, photos and prices may change without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund. All prices are in US dollars.

## 2. Orders, deposits and payment

We may accept or decline any order. For machines with a build lead time, we may arrange a deposit and a payment schedule. Once a deposit is made, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not refundable. The balance must be paid in full before the machine ships or is picked up.

## 3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery and ship dates are estimates. We're not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you when you sign for delivery or pick up your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

## 4. Returns and warranty

Machines are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once a deposit is made. Machines are covered by our included warranty: 5 years on the frame and mechanical components (not including normal wear), and 90 days on electronics, wiring and the PC. Extended 1, 2 and 3-year electronics warranties are available for an extra cost. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

## 5. Assembly and safe use

CNC machines and plasma cutters are powerful industrial tools. You are responsible for assembling (for START kits), installing and operating your equipment safely, following our instructions and all safety guidance, and complying with local electrical and fire codes. Always use proper protective equipment and ventilation.

## 6. Third-party products and software

Some products, such as plasma cutters, controllers and software, are made by other companies. They are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty and terms, and we'll help you work with the manufacturer on any claims.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GFHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost production or damaged materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

## 8. Website use

All content on this website, including text, photos, designs and logos, belongs to Garage Fab HQ. Please don't copy it without our permission. Don't misuse the site or try to interfere with how it works.

## 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
