Every review comes from a verified GFHQ order, with photos of the owner's own shop and setup. About a year later, each owner comes back to add a follow-up, so you see how the machine held up. Good, bad or in between, we publish them all, and when an owner points out something to fix, our reply shows what we did about it.

Tell us how it's going
- 1 Confirm your order Enter your order number and the email you checked out with.
- 2 Fill out the review Rate your machine, tell us how setup and your first cuts went, and upload at least one photo of your setup. A video is a big bonus.
- 3 Tell us about your shop What you build, how you got started and your goals. It shows with your review as your owner spotlight.
- 4 Get your shop found Optional: list your shop in Find a Fab Shop so people nearby can hire you, and ask us to feature you on GFHQ's social media.
- 5 Choose what's public Show your name, shop name, website and social handles, or keep them private. Your call.
- 6 Get your swag pack Pick your T-shirt size and we ship it to you.
- 7 Check back in a year We'll email you a link to add a 1-year follow-up under your review.

Every owner who completes the review on a machine order gets the same pack, whatever rating they give. We never ask for a good review, only an honest one. Each first review notes that the reviewer received a free swag pack.

The fine print
- One swag pack per machine order. Reviews must come from the person who bought the machine.
- When you submit, you give GFHQ permission to use your review, photos and video on our site, in emails, ads and social posts. The full release is shown on the form before you submit.
- We remove reviews only for profanity, personal information, spam or content unrelated to the product, and we apply that the same way to every rating.
