How your machine gets to you: Shipping & Logistics.
Shipping & pickup
Machines ship from our closest HQ (West Coast HQ in Las Vegas, NV or East Coast HQ in Clarksville, TN), priced from your ZIP, or you can pick up free at either one. Choose shipping or pickup above and it is added to your cart. Shipping is an estimate that we confirm after your order. START kits ship crated (pick up at your local terminal, or delivery to a business or home); picked-up kits come unassembled on a pallet, or pre-assembled and tested for $749.99.
Plasma cutters ship by UPS Ground. Accessories ship by parcel, priced by size. Ordering them with a machine we ship to you? We pack them in at no extra cost (not with pickup orders).

Scheduled one-on-one live tech support with a Garage Fab HQ technician, by phone or video. Priced per hour.
- Standard: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific, $120 per hour.
- After hours, weekends, holidays or emergency: $180 per hour, subject to an available tech accepting the request.
